Enjoy the culinary art of chef Ralph Knebel in our gourmet restaurant "Erbprinz". The walls in the restaurant are adorned with a conceptually coherent ensemble of twelve works of art, among others by Otmar Alt and Johannes Grützke. On March 12th, 1981, twelve artists met at the invitation of the Merlin publisher Andreas J. Meyer in the Erbprinz and captured this meeting with their own work, illustrating "A Crown in Culinary Art".
The culinary offers in our cozy wine tavern Sibylla in the Erbprinz ranges from buffalo mozzarella and tomato-bread-salad to char with chararelle risotto and Swabian sirloin steak with melted onions. A seasonal meal that changes monthly and our special vegetarian dishes complete the menu. On a sunny day you can also enjoy your lunch or dinner on our beautiful terrace.
All suppliers and partners in our Café Erbprinz guarantee the upmost quality with their products - something that we always strive for and is crucial for Michelin chef Ralph Knebel and pastry chef Jasmina Knebel.
