From 11 - 13 April 2025, everything in Ettlingen will once again revolve around champagne. Winemakers from our twin town Épernay will be visiting Ettlingen this weekend to present their champagne.
On Friday, 11 April, we will kick off the sparkling weekend with an exclusive 4-course champagne dinner. To kick off the weekend, savour champagne from selected Epernay winegrowers in combination with an exclusive 4-course menu from Ralph Knebel's Erbprinz kitchen.
Price per person 220 euros incl. champagne aperitif, 4-course menu, champagne accompaniment, water and coffee.
