Prunier Caviar Dinner

The way to the heart is through the stomach. Our love belongs to our fine caviar and our excellent Balik salmon.’ - a statement from Caviar House Prunier, who undoubtedly produce the finest caviar and smoked salmon in the world.

Michelin-starred chef Ralph Knebel and Caviar House Prunier are also organising their joint Caviar Dîner in 2025. The 5-course menu will be accompanied in style by champagnes and wines from the Erbprinz cellars, for which Mâitre Sommelier Serge Schwentzel is responsible.

Price per person 365 euros incl. champagne aperitif, 5-course menu, wine accompaniment, water and coffee.
