On 21st September 2024, Gabriele Hogeforster and Birgit Liebert from wolke7yoga in Karlsruhe will be at the Erbprinz to guide you through a unique programme. The focus is on healthy, correct alignment and the combination of breathing techniques and movement led by Gabriele. Birgit complements the programme with her expertise in sound meditation to promote deep relaxation.
